about us

Founded in 2005 as a maritime satellite broadband company, SkyLink Tek Inc has evolved into a premier Marine Engineering Company.

Primally focused on the large yacht market, with offices located at the Safe Harbor Newport Shipyard, and the ability to work Nationally and Internationally.

SkyLink Tek is available to assist in several capacities. Continuing with the original purpose of the company; SkyLink Tek offers solutions for Navcom, Satcom and complete bridge systems.

In addition, our electrical engineering department stocks many of the components needed to service the systems of modern yachts.

Our partnership with Atlas Marine Systems allows us to serve our customers power conversion and distribution needs. While our onsite survey team is ready to assist with Special Class Surveys for switchboards, GMDSS annual radio survey and proof load testing.

Marine Services

Any Electrical Troubleshooting or upgrades, our Electrical Engineering personnel have extensive experience and are ready to assist.
Navigation Equipment and Systems, TimeZero, Radar, AIS, NavCom/Satcom, IT — anything not working as it should we can get you up and running again.
Power Conversion, Shore power service or replacement needed, we have Atlas trained factory technicians on staff.
With a warehouse of parts to solve issues and assist troubleshooting on all age of systems, we can respond quickly and get you on your way in a timely manner.
Need assistance for your Class or Flag 5-year survey or re-certification for your Switchboards? All work we do is Class and Flag approved.
Need a proof load test for your cranes and davits, Safety Surveys and certification? Or GMDSS annual Radio Survey?
